The Custom has 6 seats, 5 passengers plus the driver. The second row accommodates 3 passengers separated from the load area by a fully moulded bulkhead.

NB. Ford call their crew van a DCIV or Double Cab-in-Van. Other manufacturers refer to this style of vehicle as a Crew Van.
With 1390mm between the wheel arches, Transit Custom crew van's load area is wide enough to take a loaded Europallet with room to spare (see below). The second row bench seat is trimmed in modern hardwearing fabric and features integral 3-point seat belts.
The crew van comes in two length options, L1 (SWB) or L2 (LWB) and 3 engine options based on a 2.0 Ecoblue which is Euro 6.2 emission standard, a 105ps, 130ps and 170ps power output. The L1 has 3.5 cu.m of space and the L2 has 4.4 cu.m of space.
